In over 20 years of business we have designed and managed a host of local and national marketing programs for a large and diverse range of clients providing creative, management and operational services. Entry Mechanics

Focal Promotions has conducted hundreds of consumer competitions in many different formats over the past 10 years. The most popular mechanics are Games of Chance, Games of Skill and Instant Win. Whether you require consumers to enter the competition via mail, 1900, SMS, Internet, or a combination of these, Focal Promotions can take care of your promotional needs.

Game of Chance - all entrants go into a random draw and have an equal chance of winning. Winners are determined via a manual or electronic prizedraw.

Instant Win promotion is a variation on a Game of Chance, where entrants find out instantly whether or not they have won a prize.

Game of Skill competitions are judged according to pre-determined criteria. Entrants are required to submit an answer or piece of work (i.e. photo / poem / script etc.) to be judged. Focal can review all entries and judge the winner(s) for you, or provide a shortlist from which you can make the big decision.

Legal’s & permit applications

We write competition terms & conditions that comply with permit agency/legal requirements; write abbreviated T&C’s for printing on POS, prepare and submit all permits applications.

Prize Sourcing
Focal Promotions can suggest and source attractive prizepools in line with the demographic profile of the client target market. We specialise in negotiating preferential purchase deals with suppliers from entertainment and automotive to travel. We can source the ideal prize that suits your product and target market, and fits your budget.

POS Design & Print

Focal can create innovative artwork for POS, media and catalogue, and then print & pack POS into allocated lots for client field force or provide in bulk for distribution.

Prizedraws
Focal Promotions procedures for selecting competition winners are approved by both permit authorities and by independent auditors and are compliant with all State and Federal regulatory requirements. All competitions are conducted legally and with the highest standard of integrity.

Prize Fulfilment

Congratulatory letters are forwarded via registered post to all prizewinners (registered post service provides delivery confirmation to our office enabling us to service prizewinners who have moved address, difficult to contact etc).  Our prize delivery system is fully coordinated and also includes proof of delivery which enables us to service any prizewinners who may experience difficulties in receiving/taking delivery of their prize.
